Made in the Traditional Method, it presents a dry, citrus-driven profile, evolving into delicate honey overtones with age. A persistent acid line gives this Brut remarkable freshness and balance, while subtle nutty complexity adds depth to the lingering finish. With a dosage of just 2 g/L, the wine maintains its crisp and refined character, showcasing the finesse of its Macedon Ranges origins.
Following in the footsteps of Midhill’s acclaimed Blanc de Blancs, previous vintages of 2016 and 2017 have earned two Gold medals and three Trophies, including and People’s Choice and Best Wine at the 2023 Daylesford Wine Show and the 2024 Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition. Both vintages also won Premier’s Choice Award at the 2023 and 2024 Victorian Wine Shows. The 2021 vintage is an exceptional sparkling wine of pedigree best enjoyed in good company.
